2. No Guarantee of Employment
You acknowledge that CR Resumes does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are influenced by factors beyond our control.
3. Authorization and Representation
By using our services, you grant us permission to use your personal and professional information to prepare application materials and submit job applications on your behalf. This includes modifying your resume, tailoring documents, and responding to standard job application questions where necessary.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. You are responsible for reviewing your information and ensuring its correctness. You also agree to provide any necessary verification codes (OTP) or additional details required to complete job applications.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through https://www.atswfhresumes.com/. Services are considered reserved upon payment.
Due to the limited availability and nature of the service, all purchases are non-refundable. The only exception applies if your service does not begin within thirty (30) business days from the date of booking.
6. Service Timeline
Service does not begin immediately upon purchase. Your official service start date is the date on which work begins on your resume and application process. You will be notified when your service officially starts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR Resumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to job rejections, missed opportunities, or employer decisions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or engage in any misuse of the platform.

📅 BOOKING TERMS
Due to limited availability and high demand, CR Resumes operates on a restricted-capacity service model. Only a limited number of clients are actively serviced at any given time, and new clients are placed in a queue upon booking.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that your spot is reserved within this queue and that services do not begin immediately. Your official service start date is the date on which work begins on your resume and application process, not the date of purchase.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. The only exception under which a refund may be considered is if your service does not begin within thirty (30) business days from the date of booking.
This service does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers. The service includes resume preparation, cover letter writing, and job application assistance performed over the duration of the selected plan.
