How does your service work?

Once you purchase a full-service package, you will receive access to our client portal where you’ll complete a detailed onboarding form. Our team will then rebuild your resume, identify suitable remote job opportunities, and begin applying to jobs on your behalf throughout your service period.

When does my service start?

Your service does not begin immediately after purchase. Since we operate with limited availability, you will be placed in a queue. Your service officially starts when our team begins working on your resume and applications, and you will be notified when that begins.

Do you guarantee that I will get a job?

No, we do not guarantee job placement. We provide a done-for-you service that includes resume optimization and job applications to significantly improve your chances, but hiring decisions are made by employers.

What exactly do you do for me?

We professionally rewrite your resume, create or optimize your cover letter, identify relevant remote job opportunities, and apply to jobs on your behalf using our system. Our goal is to increase your visibility and interview opportunities.

Do I need to apply to jobs myself?

No, that’s the main benefit of our service. We handle the job application process for you. However, you should remain available to respond to interview requests and communications from employers.

Will I need to provide any information?

Yes. After booking, you’ll need to complete our onboarding form with your personal, professional, and job preference details. This information helps us create your resume and apply to the most relevant opportunities.

Do I need to provide my resume?

Yes. You are required to submit your most recent and updated resume when completing the onboarding form. This helps us understand your background and create an optimized version tailored to your target roles.

Why do I need to submit OTP or verification codes?

Some job platforms require verification to complete applications. In these cases, we may ask you to provide a one-time code sent to your email so we can successfully submit applications on your behalf.

Can I track what’s being done?

Are your services refundable?

No. Due to the time-based and resource-based nature of our service, all purchases are non-refundable. The only exception is if your service does not begin within 30 business days from booking. (Refund policy: https://crresumes.com/refund-policy)
