CR Resumes provides a time-based, effort-based, and resource-based service that includes resume writing, cover letter creation, job search strategy, and job application submissions performed on your behalf. Due to the nature of this service, value is delivered through the time, expertise, and operational execution of our team rather than any guaranteed outcome. By purchasing a service, you are reserving a limited service slot and allocating dedicated resources to your account.


2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through https://crresumes.com/ and https://www.atswfhresumes.com/ are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been booked, our team immediately allocates time, planning, and system resources to your account. These resources cannot be reversed, reassigned, or recovered. For this reason, refunds are not provided under any circumstances except where explicitly stated in this policy.


3. No Guarantee Disclaimer

THIS SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT, INTERVIEWS, OR EMPLOYMENT.

You acknowledge and agree that this service does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors, including market conditions, employer decisions, competition, and your individual qualifications. Payment is made for the professional service and effort provided, not for a guaranteed result.


4. When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued in situations including, but not limited to, change of mind after purchase, dissatisfaction based on results or expectations, delays in communication, failure to provide required information, personal or financial circumstances, misunderstanding of the service, failure to use the client portal, or partial use of the service. Once the service has been reserved and resources have been allocated, the purchase remains non-refundable.


5. Limited Exception (Service Delay)

The only circumstance under which a refund may be considered is if your service does not begin within thirty (30) business days from the date of booking. For the purpose of this policy, “service start” is defined as the point at which active work begins on your resume, cover letter, or job applications. Placement in the queue does not constitute the start of service. Any request under this exception will be reviewed, and approval remains at our sole discretion.


6. Queue and Capacity Policy

CR Resumes operates on a limited-capacity model and manages a restricted number of active clients at any given time to ensure quality service. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are reserving a position within a service queue. Services do not begin immediately upon purchase, and your official service start date is the date on which active work begins on your account. The existence of a queue and any waiting period does not constitute grounds for a refund.


7. Work Already Performed

Once any part of the service has begun, including onboarding form submission, resume review or editing, account setup, internal preparation, or job application activity, the service is considered in progress and non-reversible. At this stage, refunds are not possible under any circumstances, as work and resources have already been invested.


8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to present this policy as evidence of your agreement, suspend or terminate your access to services, and restrict future use of our platform.


9. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction. Billing issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.


10. No Warranties

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations or guarantees regarding job placement, interview rates, employer responses, or the performance of external job platforms.
